Personal data are processed to receive quotation requests submitted through CsarnokGyártó.hu, clarify the technical scope of the project, maintain contact and forward the request to the partner involved in project delivery where required.

What data do we process?
The quotation form may include the contact person’s name, company name, email address, telephone number, project location, information on project size and target dates, a technical description and uploaded technical documentation.

Legal basis for processing
Processing through the online quotation form and forwarding the submitted data to a project partner is based on the data subject’s consent. Consent is given by an explicit declaration in the quotation form and may be withdrawn at any time for the future by contacting the data controller.

Who may receive the quotation request?
The data and related technical documentation provided in the quotation request may be forwarded to Nyírségi Építőipari Kft. for the purposes of preparing the quotation, technical consultation and preparing a possible contractual process. The partner processes personal data received by it in accordance with its own data-processing rules.
06 / DOCUMENT UPLOADS
Technical files and documentation
Uploaded technical documentation may be used solely for the quotation request, technical consultation and preparation of the quotation. Please avoid including personal data that are not necessary for the project.

Website and email infrastructure
The technical infrastructure of the website and related email service is provided by Rackhost. The contact form operates within WordPress using Contact Form 7.
08 / RETENTION
How long do we retain the data?
If the quotation request does not lead to a further contractual process, the personal data and uploaded documents related to the request are retained for no longer than 12 months from submission and are then deleted. If a contractual process begins, further processing is governed by the applicable data-processing and statutory retention rules of the contracting party.

Your rights
The data subject may request information about the processing of personal data, access to the data, rectification or deletion, restriction of processing and, in the cases provided by law, data portability. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time. Requests may be submitted to ajanlat@csarnokgyarto.hu.
