We use Tekla Structures to turn structural design documentation into a fabrication- and erection-ready steel detailing package. The service can be ordered independently or continued directly into fabrication with us.

The exact deliverables depend on the project. Our objective is always a clear and coordinated package from model to shop drawing and CNC data.
01 / 3D MODEL
IFC 3D model
Tekla-based fabrication model supplied in IFC format.
02 / SHOP DRAWINGS
Assembly and part drawings
Fabrication drawings with dimensions, positions, connections and the information required by the workshop.
03 / LISTS + CNC DATA
Lists and production data
Material lists, assembly lists, assembly-part lists, bolt lists, erection drawings and NC files; DXF/DWG output on request.
No structural design yet? Structural design can be organised through a qualified external engineer where required.

If required, we continue directly with the steel fabrication quotation and production preparation.
